The Persecution of Hungarians in Romania

The History...

The persecution in Romania killed most of the Hungarian Jews within the borders of Romania. It was as violent and cruel as the holocaust under the Nazi power. Unlike the Nazi holocaust, the persecution in Romania lacked many technology and scientific resources. They didn't have gas chambers or crematories, so they had no place to get rid of the bodies. Even though they tortured the people by shaving their hair off, pulling their teeth out, etc. they didn't use the peoples parts for industrial things. The soldiers made their own weapons. Back then, all they had was gunpowder and rope. So people were beaten until they were weakened. People were suffocated in carriages with sealed air holes. Also, the Jews were sold and was put in the front line of the war. The list of crimes don't end. The Hungarian Jews were put through alot.
